[TRANSCRIPT]Greg came to do our two 2-seater settees this morning, and the results that we see already, even though it's not dried yet, outweigh our expectations, because they look beautifully clean. The customer service that Greg provided was fabulous, he explained everything in close detail, exactly what we should do when he has gone. This is by far above other companies that we've used historically. Yes, we would recommend you to other people. I can only say that that Greg was absolutely, really, really, helpful and he just got on with the job. He barely took a break, although we did try and give him more coffee, he just worked really, really, hard, just to make sure that we were pleased with the finish, which we absolutely are, and that he just wanted to do a good job.
